After entering your email and address and password, you will be taken to the calendar where you can select a day/time for your case intake meeting. Please be reminded you must complete your case intake meeting within five business days of the date your letter was sent.

If you have been pre-scheduled for a meeting (as noted in your notification letter), please do not use this site. In these situations, please follow the instructions included in the email notifying you of the pending case.
